Turner Traffic was formed in 2023 to provide high quality traffic engineering advice to clients working in the built environment, across both the public and private sectors. We provide transport planning and traffic modelling services, applying risk management and common sense in traffic engineering to achieve practical solutions. James Turner

James Turner is the Director of Turner Traffic and a Traffic & Transport Engineer with over 15 years' experience delivering infrastructure and development projects across NSW. Since 2010, James has contributed to over 600 projects through his work with Arup, where he progressed from Student Engineer to Technical Advisor and led the Traffic Engineering Discipline for NSW and ACT between 2020 and 2024.
James provides practical, commercially focused advice across traffic impact assessment, transport planning, road safety, freight and logistics, development approvals and expert witness services.
