Traffic and Transport Engineering
Turner Traffic was formed in 2023 to provide high quality traffic engineering advice to clients working in the built environment, across both the public and private sectors. We provide transport planning and traffic modelling services, applying risk management and common sense in traffic engineering to achieve practical solutions. We comfortably liaise with authorities, architects, planners, project managers and contractors.

James Turner is responsible for all services that Turner Traffic offers. For over 14 years, James has been involved in over 600 projects in his time at Arup. He acts as a trusted advisor, offering technical leadership on projects and is sought for his technical ability.
